Fiona began her career many years ago as a Receptionist and in less than a year was promoted into a Team Secretarial role due to her natural affinity and proactivity when completing admin tasks in addition to her core responsibilities.  Over the course of 7 years within this same company, Fiona’s honed support skills & attention to detail were recognised and she was subsequently promoted to Office Manager, then Business Support Manager and finally to Head of Business Support where she was managing a team of 27 team secretaries, administrators and receptionists over six office locations.  Fiona would recruit inexperienced support personnel and would train them on how to use Microsoft Office packages, CRM systems and how to provide top notch business support - the emphasis always being on delivering high quality work, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

With 75 words per minute typing speeds and near perfect accuracy, your data entry & copy typing needs will be fulfilled with speed and accuracy.  Fiona is also happy to transcribe audio files.
